JA Middle Grade Programs

Personal Economicsฎ

Personal Economics helps students assess their personal skills and interests, explore career options, learn job-hunting skills, and discover the value of an education. Volunteers and teachers may choose which activities are used in this eight-session course, and are also at liberty to select the sequence. A series of 45- to 55-minute activities, the program is recommended for students in the middle grades. The self-contained program kit includes detailed activity plans for the volunteer and materials for 32 students.
